The children spent their time climbing trees, swinging from branches, throwing stones in the creek, following toads, crawling across logs, balancing on the teeter totter, and offering each other helping hands. We love their inquisitive nature, generous souls, and resourcefulness!
The outdoors lifts our spirits and provides authentic opportunities to experience the natural world, challenge our bodies, and engage in spontaneous scientific pursuits. The rain provides another way to experience nature, not a reason to stay inside. THANK YOU to our amazing families who support the tremendous learning that takes place outside by sending your children to school wearing rain boots, splash pants, and waterproof jackets on wet days! Although the temperature will inevitably drop as we move into autumn, we will continue to be outside. Please continue to send appropriate outdoor clothing and extra dry clothes.
