Mme Tipler's group started inside. While some children continued to create more pages for their sea creature books and practicing their French reading skills, others solved puzzles, and worked on vowel-consonant blends. We solved our class, "Qui suis-je ?" riddle: I have a head like a horse. My tail is shaped like the letter "j". I am not a mammal. Who am I? We then took our turn surfing down the snowy hill.
Mme Thatcher ended the day with math centres, where the children worked with 2d shapes, 3d snap shapes, puzzles, and a castle logic game.
Go Canada Go! We are having a blast counting medals and discussing the successful Canadian Olympians!
